Halodine Nasal Antiseptic

Halodine Nasal Antiseptic is a nasal sanitizer that kills SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) in less than 15 seconds. Safe and easy-to-use, it is especially recommended in situations where social distancing is difficult to maintain — hospitals, clinics, schools, hotels, restaurants, sports, and airlines — as well as for family and friends of those most at risk.

Hand sanitizer is now routine. But sanitizing the nose and mouth, from which the virus spreads, is even more critical. Masks can provide a first layer of personal protection, but Halodine provides an additional layer of tested protection for up to 4 hours, keeping you and others safe from contracting the virus. Usage: For nasal application

  1. Gently blow nose to clear both nostrils. Discard tissue.
  2. Open single ampoule by tearing off the narrow end along line. To avoid spill while opening, only hold flat foil around raised body of ampoule and maintain ampoule with narrow end pointing up.
  3. Place narrow end of ampoule at right nostril and gently pinch left nostril. Lift chin and tilt head back; squeeze all liquid from ampoule while inhaling through right nostril. Discard ampoule.
  4. Open second ampoule by tearing off the narrow end along line. Avoid spill.
  5. Place narrow end of ampoule at left nostril and gently pinch right nostril. Lift chin and tilt head back; squeeze all liquid from ampoule while inhaling through left nostril. Discard ampoule.

Note: Do not blow nose. If solution drips, wipe with tissue.

Ask your doctor before using Halodine if you’re pregnant, undergoing radioactive iodine therapy, have a thyroid disease or rare anaphylactic allergy.
